Easton Police investigating fatal shooting

Easton police are on the scene of a fatal shooting that occurred in the first block of Northampton Street in the city.

Scanner reports indicated that police were searching for a hispanic or light-skinned black male wearing gray sweat pants, a white hoodie and a mask.


The suspect may have fled across the Free Bridge into Phillipsburg and continued onto South Main Street towards Union Square.
