Cheapest FFL Transfer
Where have you found to be the cheapest for FFL transfers in Philly and the surrounding area. Accepting in and out of state type transfers.
Who (Name & #), Where (Address) & How Much ($$$)?

Re: Cheapest FFL Transfer
Transfer fees can be different for out-of-state vs. in-state for some places. I usually do my transfers with Cathy Barlow at Choice Firearms in Levittown. She used to charge $15 + $5 for PICS, but has increased to $25 + 5. I usually transfer a couple guns at a time and she'd charge me $10 extra for each additional gun. She's also very reasonable for shipping guns out: $15 FFL + actual USPS shipping.
You can try http://www.gunbroker.com/user/DealerNetwork.asp for other places (Choice Firearms is listed on there too).

Do a search for "aston ffl". I haven't used him but he seems to bet the cheapest place in the area.

Re: Cheapest FFL Transfer
The Gunbroker website has a list of FFL's with prices by state that you can use to see who might be cheapest in your area. Call ahead first-I've seen FFLs price differently than they list on Gunbroker, but not often-but it is a good way to vote with your wallet who you want to do business with.

Re: Cheapest FFL Transfer
get in touch with howards and JB arms on west chester pike. It is listed under a furniture store but ask for howard. 25$ transfer and very good guy.
Otherwise someone mentioned that firing line is 25$. Not sure if they are still that cheap but call them.

What the hell happened to that place! I used to belong to that place when they first opened back in the 80s. for years when I lived on 2nd and morris.I stopped in about 8 months ago and it looked like a bomb hit it. That said the guy who owns it now was very nice to talk to. It was sad to see it go down hill.
