    Default CC @ Lowe's MotorSpeedway??

I'm going to a Race @ Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC, I know NC recognizes my permit. Can I CC at the track?
I want to say yes because it isn't state or federal, but at the same time I don't want to be turned away because I'm carrying!
    Does anyone know?
    Thanks!

    http://www.lowesmotorspeedway.com/vi...s_regulations/

Items That Are Prohibited Inside Gate Area:
    • No umbrellas of any kind
    • No glass bottles
    • No strollers (inside grandstand area)
    • No bags/Backpacks over 14 x 14 x 14
    • No coolers over 14" x 14"
    • No pets (unless they are service animals helping guests with disabilities
No weapons, including, but not limited to, firearms, knives, and impact weapons
    • No skateboards, roller skates, or scooters
    • No bicycles, mopeds, etc.
    • No beach balls, balloons, etc.
    • No signs or banners
    • No horns, whistles, or other loud items
    • No stadium seats with arm rests
Track policy prohibits firearms, but I don't know if there are metal detectors or pat downs. Daytona has the same policy, but when we went last year, there were no detectors or pat downs. You would have to check NC laws regarding the legality of signs. Some states make it illegal to carry on proerty that is posted.

Seems like CC at Lowe's would be a no-no.

As stated in the above post, NC law does not allow CC at a venue where admission is charged, or where alcohol is sold.
Reciprosity is a good thing, but we are all required to follow the rules and regs of the state we are visiting.
Hope you have a great time in my sector,

Don't forget that you are not allowed to CC in Maryland.
Firearms must be unloaded and secured properly to comply with "peaceable journey" regs...
When travelling to PA, I make it a point never to stop in MD for any reason. They will not get a penny of my $$$ until they allow us to exercise our rights properly.
I also have family that live there....haven't been for a visit yet.

You know, from time to time I take Pennsylvania's awesome freedom in carry law (or lack thereof) for granted. Then I read about the ridiculous limitations on carry in other states, and thank our legislators for how lucky we all are.

I mean, seriously, when states like North Carolina and Georgia (off the top of my head) restrict lawful carry so much, they effectively become Maryland. Given North Carolina's laws, I wouldn't be able to carry in 95% of the places I go outside of work.
Safety is a good tool for tyrants; no one can be against safety.
