PA Trust? Removing trustee? Do I need to add at least 1 trustee?
Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before.
A few years back I made a gun trust for NFA items. At the time I had someone listed as a trustee.
At the time I read something that required said PA requires at least 1 trustee. This may have been nonsense. Is there any validity to it?
I have since lost good contact (not "good" as in "positive", just that I haven't talked to this person in over a year at this point. He since moved out of state so there's that too.) I'd like to remove him from the trust, but that only leaves me being the creator at the moment. Only leaving me as the Settlor and the single Co-Trustee.
Thanks for the help boys.

I believe a beneficiary is required. But you can be the only settlor and cotrustee.
