looking for my next AR upper

I have my first AR built, I just bought a lower lower parts kit and upper and buttstock and bolted everything together, now Im on to my next build. Im looking for a nice 20-24 inch heavy barrel, I want to build something for 400-500 yard shooting but dont really know whats out there, what would your guys get if you had your choice. Id like to keep the cost under 6-700 for the upper if i can. I have 2 more lowers here, one with a rock river kit in there and the other I didnt touch yet. let the options roll in here. pics to if you got them

whats the diffrance between a match barrel and the heavy bull barrel, I was looking at those uppers and dont know witch would be better for me.

I'm pretty sure the Predator Pursuit is a heavy barrel....but still smaller in diameter than the bull barrels. So.....it will be a bit lighter.

only thing i dont like about rock river is there 4-8 week waiting time.
