Default Opinions on this AK please

I've been in the market for an AK but I haven't come across the right one yet. I really want one that is of good quality and one with wood furniture. I saw some Yugos with wood furniture but the wood looked kinda bad and felt a little loose.

What do you think of this one?

It looks to have beautiful wood and I hear that Lancaster makes good AKs but I don't really know for sure.

FWIW, I have heard nothing but good things about the Lancaster AKs. I love my Yugo to death and its pretty easy to get wood furniture for them. Also, if the wood doesn't look nice you can ALWAYS refinish it. I am actually looking to replace the plastic furniture on my yugo underfolder with this:

And totally refinishing the wood, maybe even add a really dark red stain to it, or something equally "eye catching".

Also, its nice to see you are in the market for an AK, my only semi-auto rifle I have and BOY do I love my yugo. You have my phone number/email address, feel free to shoot me a message, I did a ton of research on AK's before I settled on mine and I would be happy to offer up any advice I can on the subject.

thats EXACTLY the one I was looking at.
Still not decided if I am going AK or not, but if I do, I like that one.

    Buy it.
Then come down for a PMSC shoot and let me give it a shot

They are great. Lancaster builds good Ak's, Chet at Lancaster and Blaine at Atlantic stand behind them. I own the same rifle but mine had lighter wood. You have nothing to worry about by buying one of those. If by some odd chance it is not to your satisfaction Lancaster and/or Atlantic WILL take care of you.
