newby here wanting to say hello to every one!
just wanted to say that im glad i found a site in PA about firearms.
Im Kris and I have just recently got into hand guns. I've been around guns as long as i can remember. I dont hunt i just like to go target shooting. currently i have 3 pistols.
.22 cal H&R model 660 6in barrel
.38 sp S&W model 14-3 6 in barrel
and the most recent
.45acp taurus PT 1911B
hopefully i can meet some new ppls and have a good time here!!!

Welcome!
Wood grips for the 1911 abound. Like Xringshooter suggested, Brownells among others have different choices. Most of my 1911's wear Kimber grips but Brownells has a pretty decent selection.
