firearm ownership by a corporation
Can anyone direct me to either state or federal law that allows a corporation to own a firearm(s).
I have found the law that allows a corporation to own NFA firearms, but have not been able to find anything that allows for the ownership of non NFA firearms.
The reason I am asking is:
I am president of a local gun club.
We are trying to start a youth pistol team.
We want to equip the kids with everything they need to compete.
The law does not forbid us from allowing the kids to possess the firearms during target practice or during NRA sanctioned competition.
The problem is how the club (we are incorporated) can legally own the firearms.
Any help will be greatly appriciated.
Thanks
