223 PRIMMER SEALING
I NEVER RELOADED FOR MY 223 BEFORE. IS IT NECESSARY TO APPLY A SEALER ON THE PRIMMERS LIKE I SEE ON SOME OF THE USED BRASS THAT I BOUGHT? THANKS

Only if you plan to expose them to the weather or keep them where water can get to them. I don't recommend either.
