Tacticool Operators
I want to dedicate this thread to the absolute horrid gun handling by "tactical operators" that exists all over the interwebz. The first picture to start this with was one I stumbled across this morning on the website of Israel Military Industries, here:
http://www.imi-israel.com/
This flash page has a series of pictures, one of them has the label "homeland security." What is wrong with that picture??? The irony of this picture and the label of "homeland security" is absolutely side splitting in it's attempt to pander to the American defense market.
The irony is also quite sharp as to the "tacticalness" of the apparent high speed low drag IDF soldier that most hold in high esteem.
Feel free to post pictures of those with a high tactical quotient doing stupid things like pointing their weapons at their buddies, fingers on triggers and the like.
Things like this:
Or this:

Re: Tacticool Operators
I probably shouldn't do this, especially since he hasn't logged on in like 4 weeks, but I have to. Maybe he'll log on soon so that he can defend himself. This is our very own Spudcrushr2 from the "What does everyone look like" thread.
Booger hook on the bang switch, while digging for one
Backyard Mission (notice the trampoline, etc, but still needs the GPS)
Tacticool Birdhouse (notice sunglasses at night, all the "gear", and finger still on the trigger)
You also can't forget the classic "Mailbox Sniper"
Spud, when you see this, "I'm sorry. It's nothing personal, but I just call it like I see it. Hopefully now that you actually are going into the military, even if it's not exactly what most people think of as 'operators', you'll learn a bit more and be 'legit'."

Re: Tacticool Operators
This looks quite a bit like a modified Chinese Type 79 submachine gun. I am no expert on Chinese weapons. However, you be the judge:
