Anthony Arms Advice..
Stopped in there last week looking to purchase a PX4 Storm 9mm sub. Asked if they could order one and left a $200.00 deposit. MSRP is about $600.00.
They said they couldnt give me a price, not sure if and when they could find one and couldnt ring it up since its not in their system. They had to ring it up as another model. I know they are hard to find , even Buds are out. I'm in no real hurry and was hoping to get lucky with them finding one.
So I'm wondering if after a reasonable amount time and they can't produce, will I have any issues getting my deposit back?

Don't take this the wrong way, but you need to ask them.
I don't know of anyone here who works for them, so...
I didn't even know they were allowed to sell firearms again/yet.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Anthony Arms Advice..
I don't think you'll have a problem. I had a pistol on lay away when they had their FFL suspended. They refunded all of my money.

Re: Anthony Arms Advice..
Sounds like they are working off of someone else's FFL in a partnership.

Did you get a receipt for your deposit? What did it say? If you have a receipt and they can't get it you should be able to get your money back or apply it to something else.
