    I hope SCOTUS hears an appeal on this, they are getting close to having to force their hand. Even with Roberts on the bench, there is a good chance it would go in our favor. And I hope Thomas writes the majority ruling.

    Even with Roberts as flip-floppy as he is, he is likely to side with some form of carry - even if it is just permissive by means of a permit/license. I do not think he would side with 9th Circus.

    PA State Constitution states otherwise. There is no mincing of words, or a mention of a militia.


    § 21. Right to bear arms.
    The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
