New Resident In Pa
Glad to see a state that is a whole lot more gun friendly then NJ. I just moved here a few months ago and find things very relaxed. I'm a Retired Federal Agent
don't get nervous. I'm 100% pro gun. My job is done and I don't look back. I am interested in getting to know the laws on Class III firearms and Surpressors.
I have been looking at the Integral Surpressed Ruger 10/22 for a long time. But, Jersey Ain't the place to get it done. Anyone who can help me out would be greatly appriciated. I'm a real big fan of .22s and have over 100 from way back when. Also interested in buying or trading unusual guns.
Thanks
Geff

Welcome to the state and the site, I recently moved here from Michigan in early '04. There's some good content for class 3 stuff here :http://www.pafoa.org/forum/nfa-class-3-title-ii-34/

Welcome Geff.
I just moved here from NJ about a year ago; it's amazing the world of difference crossing a river makes with regards to firearm rights."Political Correctness is just tyranny with manners"

Congratulations on your safe escape from the occupied territories of The People's Republic of New Jersey.
Welcome to PA. You will like it here. Smells of freedom.==============
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams

Welcome to the commonwealth. Your post does indeed prove everything is relative. I constantly complain about PA's gun laws and our "police state" and you statement that PA is more gun friendly than NJ surprised me and reminded me that it could indeed be worse.

If you think you have the right not to be offended. I suggest you promptly purchase a toe attachment and a twelve gauge. One time use is all that is necessary.

Re: New Resident In Pa
Hey, you think it's bad here and New Jermany, try the socialist Republic of California! I'm originally from there, and although I'd like to be closer to my Mom (she's 82), I will likely NOT move back there because I can't defend myself there! I'd rather be here, where I have the RIGHT to protect myself.Guns are like shoes...a woman should have one in every caliber.
I'm armed and menopausal...Excuse me, did you have something to say?
