Just curious to see what is more popular in Television Viewing these days...

Satellite = Dish Network, Direct TV, etc...
Cable = Comcast, Adelphia, Armstrong, Time Warner, etc...
Rabbit Ears = Set Top Antenna or Roof Top Antenna only!

I too voted cable, as it's about the only reliable service in the valley here. Cable TV+Cable internet all in one nice little "I don't dicipate when there's cloud coverage over your crappy little valley" package...

Satellite, better programming, better customer service, same price as our cable.

Rabbit ears. Do Netflix mostly for entertainment. Bars for games I can't get on network TV.

If I came in to some extra cash I wanted to spend on TV, I'd probably opt for cable.

Don't even own a television. Made that decision several years ago. No TV in the house definitely gives you a lot more time and less distractions. Just be prepared to explain to house guest why they can't watch TV.

Sigh...fine. You got me. And yeah, you can tell by the looks of the house. Her stuff everywhere. Mine in the basement or the garage. I pay for half the house...but I only use about a quarter.

I've been a Dish Network customer for about 7 years now. I tried cable once to take advantage of the cable internet, but the picture quality was so poor we switched back to Dish within several months! I'm just getting pissed with Dish as of late because they are being slow at adding new HD content! I want Sci-Fi in HD and I want it NOW!! LOL

BTW...you guys with set top or roof top antennas ONLY, there will be no analog broadcasts after Feb. 2009! You'll need a digital converter to keep enjoying free TV...
