pafoa
This might be a stupid question but is this forum part of the association like paying dues decals stuff like that? or is it just a forum where people get together

Re: pfoa
The PAFOA is Community of friends brought together by the love of firearms. What once started as a place for PA gun owners to talk about guns has transpired into a medium perfect for organizing 2nd Amendment Rights support as well as helping people to meet up for local shooting range events and so much more!

Re: pafoa
The forum is the primary vehicle for the organization.
There are no dues for the origination or for the forums.
It is entirely driven by donations from the community.
We want your vote and support at rallies, not your money.
Stickers and Decals are given away free upon request.Last edited by doug; April 22nd, 2008 at 03:29 PM.

Re: pafoa
just remember, though...i ya do send a couple bucks to the PAFOA, you get to have your screen name appear in green!!!
seriously, though...i think donating a few bucks to PAFOA is a great thing to do. it does cost some money to keep the site running. and, who knows...maybe someday there will be enough donations to fund some legal battles or something like that.
(and, frankly, dan and doug do a lot of work to keep everything going, so if they want to spend my donations on pizza, that's actually fine by me.)
which reminds me...it's been a year or more since i sent any money to PAFOA...i need to donate some more.

Re: pafoa
The forum actually has done some good in several cases by gathering firearms owners to rally behind several of our members. It also alerts firearms owners to up coming legislation so that you can contact your local politicians and have your voice be heard.
Spend some time with us, ask some questions, input your opinions, come chat with us (can be very interesting at times), come to our OC luncheons and group shoots. You will find that you are welcome here (unless you really go off the deep end, , then you will be severly chastised and scorned).Ron USAF Ret E-8 FFL01/SOT3 NRA Benefactor Member
