Wow its a two hour drive to the county seat? Glad it worked out though.
Heck I took my 2 1/2 year old daughter with me when I went and in and out in 15 minutes also.
Good Luck carrying and be careful and alertSit down! You'll never clear leather.

Re: Potter County Nonresident LTCF
You are correct, unfortunately the county next to me that wwould have been just a quick drive over the boarder (maybe 15-30min drive) decided they wont be doing nonresident applications. But it was worth the drive. And didnt even need the 2 references on the application. I guess they understand the struggle of NY

Re: Potter County Nonresident LTCF
Glad to see you got it. What's the county that refused to do it for you?
I'd like to follow up with some official requests to their office on the written policies and training, combine it with the results of others, and then move up to the PA Sheriff's Association, PCCD & it's advisory panels, and the PSP & Governor's office for trying to get this resolved.

Probably Tioga.
The sheriff has apparently decided his time is to important to process all the non res applicants. Yeah that's right Tioga county population 42k.
I think he was bitching that he could not adequately provide accurate background checks on out if state individuals.FUCK BIDEN

Re: Potter County Nonresident LTCF
Tioga was my back up when I found out Bradford was a no go and even when they used to do it they dragged it out for 3 weeks. I was happy to walk in and walk right out. Still would have been nice just to drive 15min. But thankfully gas has dropped so the drive wasnt all that bad, even with gas cost of application and time it was less than getting my NY license
