    Default Trijicon ACOG

Hey any feedback on these, there are few models and all $$$$.

I know some people spend 150 on a scope and think whew and other spend 1500 and it is sorta of a cheap scope.

To me the ACOG's are some $$$. It really seems to be the overall best of both worlds. Any recomendations for overall shooting (range/hunting/HD)?

    Thanks
    Mike

I have the TA01ECOS, TA31ECOS, and TA31RCO-A4. I love all three. I would suggest one of the models with the BAC over one of the non BAC models. I just prefer the day and night illumination. The glass is very clear and they are very rugged. If you are looking for an optic to shoot super tight groups the ACOG might not be the best choice. It is possible but for me it is challenging. I can do it sometimes but not always. I'm sure there are people out there that can. I would shop around; you can find them way under the MSRP that Trijicon lists. I bought the ECOS models for over $600 under the list price a couple years ago. I bought all three on eBay. You don't have to worry too much about getting a chicom knock-off since all of the ACOG's use tritium to illuminate the reticle in low light.

TA55 and TA01 here, love them both they hit well are clear no fog no fuss. I haven't taken them diving or drop tested them but they appear to be rugged and work just fine.

ACOG's are top notch. I have not had one customer come back and tell me that they were not happy with them. I use one on a demo M4 and never had a complaint. As for price I charge under 700 for the low end models so they are pretty reasonable for a good quality optic.
