Judge Bans Guns at Gosselin home

Is it me or is this Judge way out of line???? Correct me if I'm wrong but there is no gun registration in PA. It sounds like this judge is making up the law as he goes along. Does anyone agree?

That's what it sounds like. I'm willing to bet that this judge has "issues" with the second amendment. Unfortunately Jon Gosselin probably doesn't know enought about the law to defend himself.

According to the story he was representing himself because his local attorney is suing him for non-payment. TLC won an injunction against him preventign him from doing any media which was his revenue stream.

The judge also ordered Gosselin to register his pistol at a new address in Pennsylvania within 90 days.

I dont like the guy (or his troll of a (ex?)wife either) but hopefully he's got the drive to defend himself. It's a pretty open/shut kind of shit...there's no registry in pa. And IIRC he's got enough land that he should be able to shoot on his own property.

That's exactly what I said in the comment at the bottom of the original article. Even if he wanted to follow the Judge's inane order he has no way to comply.
