Re: posting video
vBulletin (the software the forum runs on) doesn't support video yet, you can't copy and paste the code here and / or link to it that will show and play in your post ... best you can do is to post a link to a video file and people can follow the link.
Video also sucks up bandwidth like there is no tomorrow, if they allowed videos to be posted on the forum they would end up paying out the wazoo for extra bandwidth.

Re: posting video
if you upload to youtube, you can show the video here by using the tags with the video GUID in between them.

Re: posting video
you can use google, photobucket, youtube, filefront and plenty more...you can also usually use your ISP...generally, each ISP allots you a certain amount of online storage for whatever you want to use it for.
shame, most sites don't allow for uncompressed videos anymore..filefront used to for a while, but not anymore.Peace, Prosperity, and Liberty

Re: posting video
If the video is directly related to PAFOA and/or one of the events or incidents documented here, PM me and I'll arrange to host it for you on lildobe.net
Otherwise, use YouTube and place the video ID inside tags, e.g.:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z47EUaIFrdQ

produces this:
