Going to be a Dad!
Ah what a wonderful Christmas present.
Last week my wife found out she was pregnant with our 1st child.

Re: Going to be a Dad!
Having fathered 2, raised 4, and now on our 2nd grandchild, I can say it never gets old. Each is an incredible journey. It's especially rewarding to see 2 of our "kids" have their own 1st child and listen to them try to convince us just how awesome it is!
No matter what, 2010 will be THE year you will NEVER forget. Savor every minute. Your adventure is just beginning!
Congratulations! While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Is this Vince? If so bugger off. I already told you congratulations.
I think kids are so cute/awesome when they are little is so that we can look back when they are older and it will hopefully keep us from choking them. (BTW, if that wasn't clear that's a joke.)

Re: Going to be a Dad!
Congratulations Kodiak !!!
It truly is an unbelievable experience. There are times you want to scream , times you want to choke them , times you'll do a real good impersonation of a zombie from lack of sleep, times you'll get an ulcer from worry , but the good stuff outweighs it by miles ! Wait till you have a crappy day at work and come home to the sounds of running feet and your kid(s) blast out the door in a dead run screaming Daddy ! and you get tackled for a bear hug , just because their overjoyed your home. It truly changes EVERYTHING about your life and your priorities. Even though their expensive as hell and I have premature gray hair for an almost 37 year old , I wouldnt change a thing ! Again congrats. And BTW , better stock up on ammo and whatever wish list guns you might be thinking of , cause once the kid is born , your disposable income level will drop faster then Obama's poll numbers.Si vis pacem, para bellum
