Arizona Recognizes all other states valid permits, however some states require written agreements in order for them to recognize our state.

The State of Arizona has current written reciprocal agreements to carry concealed firearms with the following states:

    Alaska
    Ohio
    Arkansas
    Pennsylvania (Pending)
    Idaho (Pending)
    South Dakota
    Mississippi (Pending)
    Texas

These states have an active CCW written reciprocal agreement on file with the State of Arizona. This means your Arizona permit allows you to carry concealed under their respective state statute and Arizona will reciprocate by honoring CCW permits issued by these states.

I've heard thisbut never been able to find anything to back it up. I'm quite sure it's true but I've yet to show on our map that PA's permit is honored in AZ. Do you know of any official AZ webpages that show this?

Its law now. I think it got amended last year some time with the provision to honor all states.

AZ's site has the info on it. The reply I got back from the PA AG's office a couple weeks ago stated there is indeed an agreement pending.

    South Carolina should be next!

The south carolina legislature House just passed a bill requiring SC to honor ANY valid permit from ANY state provided that state honors the south carolina permit.

The bill is awaiting aprproval from the State Senate.

Maine also passed a reciprocity law.

I hope the PA AG is in touch with them.

I was informed by the director of Floridas permit that Maine has been in touch with them. So for individuals in PA with Florida permit, Maine reciprocity is in the near future.
