Carrying while guarding

Hello All,

I am going to be walking at the Relay for Life in my area and intend to carry. The problem is they asked me to stand in front of our money counting booth for about and hour and make sure everything is fine. My question is this, am I allowed to do this while either openly or concealed carrying?

Be sure to hunt for the other posts but if I remember the consensus correctly, you are a volunteer so you are really just a private citizen and NOT employee who is required or asked to carry. You should be good to go.
