Cool Guns of the Olympics: What can you see?

I was discussing with my dad the other day what firearms we were seeing Russian security carrying at the Olympics...neither of us were absolutely sure from just casually watching TV, but I looked up some pics today and found one with a couple of guns I could not figure out... here it is. Is the long one possibly a shotgun? The magazine almost looks like a pmag, but straighter. Also, if you guys see any other cool pictures from Sochi, post 'em!

They must be worried about security. Some of the cross country skiers are OCing rifles.

One of the skiers found a terrorist.

the long one is just a surpressed version of the SMG that the other guy is carrying. No idea what the caliber is, it could be a rusky version of the Fn 5.7 or the Chinese 5.8, since tiny armor piercing rounds are all the rage these days.

I also like how he's carrying a very modern long gun but still rocking the 60+year old makarov as a side arm.

Short is SR3M long is as val or variant between.

Edit: acually on second look with a brighter screen the first pic the long suppressed is sr3m compact assault rifle, and the short one is the 9a-91 compact assault rifle. Neat round/rifle combo!

Side note: My wife was watching the other night and biathlon was on. She yells up, "I don't know what this is". I went, saw, explained it to her. She responds," well, it would be a whole lot better if there were people shooting at them while they ski." You know, that WOULD be a whole lot more entertaining to watch!

Show her this starting at the point after he leaves the cabin, tell her it's a new event.
