Honestly, John had to know he was ONLY there to be ambushed. He should have had a plan to deal with it.
Like, calmly walking out or just remaining silent. Or thanking them for wasting his time, or some other sarcastic remark.

Both. Morgan never let Lott get more than three sentences in before interupting, fillibustering, and shouting him down so that he couldn't talk. Then he got Alan Dershowitz on there to do the exact same thing.
