    Does any one know of a sportsmen club that is a member, for the use of the DCM purchase program. Thanks in advance Mtn Jack I would be interested for C&R use.

    When ordering rifles from the CMP, a C&R license may be used in lieu of range certification, not for purchase. They will run a NICS check. If you pass, they will ship the rifle to you.

    Can also use LTCF in lieu of range certification

    The nice folks at the Garand Collectors Association qualify as a club for CMP purposes:

    As a plus, they have insane amounts of knowledge on (go figure) Garands and M1 carbines.
