DCM
Does any one know of a sportsmen club that is a member, for the use of the DCM purchase program. Thanks in advance Mtn Jack I would be interested for C&R use.

When ordering rifles from the CMP, a C&R license may be used in lieu of range certification, not for purchase. They will run a NICS check. If you pass, they will ship the rifle to you.

The nice folks at the Garand Collectors Association qualify as a club for CMP purposes:

As a plus, they have insane amounts of knowledge on (go figure) Garands and M1 carbines.--RedKnightt--
