Need Restaurant Suggestions in the Lehigh/A-town areas..
I just got put in charge of setting up bi-monthly meetings for a group (middle of the Month on Mondays)
We usually meet at nicer restaurants (recent: Melt & Shulas) with a separate meeting room (normally 20+ people and a lecture type setup).
I've been to places (for either this group or similar meetings) like Morgans, Blue and Mango in addition to the more recent Melt and Shulas mentioned above.
What I'd like to do is get some recommendations, and also try to distribute the meetings around (since it seems we go to Center Valley a lot) the Lehigh valley....
Thanks for any thoughts!

For gatherings of 20 to 35 we`ve used the Italian place by the West End Raquet Club (second floor) Lone Star (has a free private room) and the Barn House? at 329 and Airport Rd between Bath and Northampton. Battle of the Bulge uses the Terrace in Walnutport.
Lone Star isn`t high end but they are ALWAYS very accommodating.

Ever tried Bonefish Grille? FREAKING AMAZING, and not that expensive ... they are in the smaller plaza outside Whitehall mall.

Chess & Checkers on Airport Rd. in Allentown has a separate dining room that can be reserved for larger groups.
Also, the Blue Monkey in Catasauqua has an upstairs room that can be reserved. Not sure if you have to pay for that or not. I don't think so.
food is good at both places and reasonably priced.
Hope this helps.

You might also try "the edge" in Bethlehem. http://www.edgerestaurant.net
They have a separate room for groups that can handle up to about 75 or so. Ask for Jessie or Fran (Both guys) - they will take care of you. Mention that you know me John... my wife and I are psudo-regulars there.
The food is fantastic, so is the service and atmosphere. Its on-par with Melt.

Brew Works is probably the best place for setting something like this up. Jef Fegley owns both of them in Bethlehem and Allentown and his places are the best. He is set up to handle meetings like this. Check out the website.
