Holster for Witness
I think I asked before but I am having the WORST time finding a good holster for my pistol. I will toss out what I am looking for and perhaps some of the better searchers can help a brother out.
1:Leather
2:Black
3:Thumb-break
4:1 Hand Re-Holster-able (current one isn't, ask Hawk)
5:Fits EAA Witness 45/CZ75 Full size(I believe the guns are freaking identical)
6:Cost effective (I know this is the big catch) I really don't want to spend a ton of cash on this, the cheaper the better. I realize you get what you pay for but I have a dammed Uncle Mike's holster ATM so pretty much anything I get will be better than what I have.
Thanks in advance for any help, the one I had before I THOUGHT was Kramer leather but it would appear from their web site they don't make them for that gun anymore.

Re: Holster for Witness
I should be in bed, but took a quick look around and found this Bianchi Black Widow belt slide hip holster via CheaperThanDirt.com. I searched the holster wizard for EAA Witness, but all it returned was nylon holsters, so needless to say the Bianchi holster fits the CZ75 with the 4.750" barrel. But, there's always a but, it's also only $36.88
There's also the Skin Tite via High Noon Holsters that will fit a variety of CZ75 models. It's not leather, but it ain't nylon either, and it's priced at $44.95. Just take a look and see if you like it before crossing it off the short list. I own a few High Noons for my .380's and I like them. Skuggi posted a review of the High Noon holster he picked up for his Bersa and I'm pretty sure Mtbkski got one too for his XD as a result of the thread.

Re: Holster for Witness
Wow, it looks like Bianchi is about all you have to choose from:
http://www.bianchi-intl.com/product/...xtModelID=7105 about $50
http://www.bianchi-intl.com/product/...xtModelID=4597 about $30
but doesn’t look like reholster would be easy.
Also CZ website has this, but damned if I can find a price.
Maybe call CZ USA

They'll whip you up whatever style of holster you want for your witness. Their price is good for quality leather.

Re: Holster for Witness
I have the Skin Tite for my XD, from High Noon.
Although I like it, its takes a tremendous amount of work to "break it in".

Re: Holster for Witness
Unfortunately they're not leather.
I did work it a few hundred times. I also left the gun in with the screw tightened to maximum, figuring it would 'stretch' a little. Loosened the screw a little, still tight.
On the High Noon site, they have a Q & A section on how to loosen the holster.
Hasn't worked for me .......... yet.
