This fight of which some of us are speaking seems to have polarized us, to the extent that a minority on one end are throwing sarcastic stones at those on the other, who proclaim that they would resist and are prepared, or are now preparing to so do.

We, beyond the limits of PAFOA and being that civilian body armed, within the political confines of the United States, are a large group with a similar interest or affinity, however deeply or superficially expressed. When we give in to internal division. when one side labels another "Fudd," or "Mall Ninja," we only help those who are arrayed against the Second Amendment by weakening the bond of our common cause.

Our struggle can be lost, yes, but only subject to absolute and relative values as we define we and loss.

Firstly, the we: as long as two people, separate or together, are left standing, defiant, and ready to defend the Constitution, no matter what the cost, that we exists. And when one of us falls, the other will carry on in the individual. We, you see, is an absolute, just as absolute as living or dead. Our enemies, and yes, they are enemies, which can be said without paranoia, are just as resolute, just as committed, and just as ready to carry their agenda out until their two become one, and their they becomes a he, or a she.

Secondly, loss: all is not lost until the will to resist has been beaten, starved, shot, kicked, pummeled, genetically manipulated, or legislated and enforced out of the last of us, and that person has been physically deprived of any means to resist. Then, and only then, when the last SKS has been unearthed and ground into saw dust and metal filings, when the last big rock has been ground down to sand, when the last big stick has been turned into toothpicks, and none remain on this Earth with the slightest shred of backbone or individual assertiveness and predisposition to self-defense, will we be able to say that all is lost. Until such time, anything to the contrary of an upbeat, assertive, constitutionally correct outlook is simply defeatism, and should not be tolerated.

Given these terms, and given the proper framework in which to regard them, we shall never cease to exist as a civilian body armed, and we shall never cease to resist the tyranny of those who would stupidly ignore the human instinct towards self-preservation and the God-given right to assert it with cold steel, or a combination thereof with black polymer, if one is trendy.
