trigger springs are all the same weight, unless you get either the NY1 or NY2 springs.

the 3.5 connector with standard spring will get you around a 5 pound pull

i'd see what kind of spring you have first. if it's an olive or orange piece of plastic with a spring in the middle then you have one of the NY springs.

i use the 5lb connectors with standard spring in my 2 glocks. it's around a 6 lb pull

you can see what factory connector you have by looking for signs on them. a "-" is a 3.5 no marking is the 5, and a "+" is the 8lb connector.

:edit: i forgot they make 6 pound trigger springs.

A lone Wolf connector with a 4lb striker spring with a beveled drop safety plunger with one coil cut off the drop safety spring will usually yield close to a 3lb pull.

Remember, the trigger spring assists pulling the trigger so you actually want a heavier spring. Check out this site for all the trigger info you will ever need:

On my Glock 17 I put in the marine spring cups, a reduced striker spring and the 3.5lb Glock connector and did the .25c trigger job and the trigger is decent. The reduced striker spring can cause some light primer strikes so beware.
