Canadian Attorney asks why Serbu Butt-Master is listed by name in Canadian ban

So Ian Runkle, Canadian attorney specializing in firearms law, picked up on this and filed Access to Information requests with the Canadian government questioning how they even know about the Butt-Master, and why a unique, one-off, single-shot .22lr NFA firearm built and owned by some guy in Florida poses such a risk to the safety of the Canadian Public that it must be specifically listed by name in a bill to ban firearms (it is already illegal in Canada based on its physical characteristics, btw).

Tucker Carlson interviewed Serbu last night. The gun was a prototype and isn't even available for purchase.

Carlson said he "wanted one."
