My New (Old) M1911A1
Just delivered by UPS yesterday, my M1911A1. It's a Remington Rand produced in summer '44. It went through re-build at the Rock Island Arsenal sometime after WWII or Korea. Slide is still matched to the frame - barrel and grips are Colt.
She came with 2 full boxes of military ball ammo plus a partial box in a bandolier. It also came with an original '43 Graton & Knight holster.

"Until Death Do Us Part", Mine is an Ithaca, with two original mags, March
of 42, carried for 15 months in SE Asia 1966. Has been with me ever since.
Love them "Old Fellas". Still a great shooter with all original parts. Like
yours as well.FUNDAMENTALS
