Flashpoint and real life

Does anyone here watch Flashpoint? I have been a long time watcher of this show, and with the recent threads about home invasions, mall mobs, etc. I wonder how many of you feel as though many of these situations could be eliminated or squelched if a person were to carry.


I am not saying that carrying makes you a bada$$ etc, just saying that when I watch shows like this, I feel like being a responsible citizen means being proactive against crime and violence.

If it's the show I'm thinking of, it is set in Toronto -- which of course makes defending yourself a bit more difficult.

I like the show. I agree that some episodes, just like most slasher films could be over quickly if everyone had an AR on hand.

ETA: How bout that Pink Ranger huh?

Yeh the show is based on in Toronto, but I just feel that the world would be much safer with more sheep dogs out there.

i work for Ion TV we show that on our network now...this season is original to ION
