It's a 4th gen Sidearmor IWB (from 2003 or 2004 when they came out I'd guess). I haven't seen one around in a while. The profile and fit of the sheath gave it away (distinctly Sidearmor), but I couldn't place the IWB attachment (I don't believe they make it any more).

It is a Sidearmor IWB 4th gen. They no longer make it. Aim30, I apologize. I thought I PM'd you this info.

I dropped the holster with a pistol in it and one side broke. I emailed them and they no longer make parts. I cut off the other side to see if it would still work but it is not as stable. Also with time the hooks started to bend out which doesn't give the holster as much retention onto the belt. I think this may be the reason it was discontinued.

I have to get something else and am leaning toward a Fist ( I think model 20 that MarcS suggested)IWB or some other Kydex make.

I highly recommend Comp-tac. I have their C-Tac and love it. I wear it from the time i get dressed in the morning till I get undressed at night and now that I've gotten it adjusted just how I want it and cut off the clips, comfort is not an issue. Others have had the same experience with the c-tac, and even better with the M-Tac hybrid, especially for larger guns.

Order to delivery was 6 days.
