Where can i get the rules for concealed weapon
Hey all i got my Licence to carry and i keep hearing different things so where do i get a rule book of montgomery county or all of pa? i can carry concealed but can it be loaded? i hear no and i hear yes so what is it yes or no? there is nothing that is clear i carry it all the time and i don't leave home without it. I go to the range alot and shoot and practice.
