Default 3 Down 2 To Go(My New WWII Rifle)

Suddenly I have the urge to sip some Stoli while watching the battle of Stalingrad.

Meet my first 91/30. It a 1931 Hex model. The bore and action are good so hopefully it'll be a good shooter. And it only took me 2 hours to get all the cosmoline off it.

Now all I need is a Mauser and an SLME.

Ya I looked into that to see how "close" I really am and came to the conculsion that I'm just going to keep it to the Reader Digest version.
    Unless I hit the lottery,lol.
Though I do know of a guy who's looking to part with a few of his P-38's and Nambu's.

When I seen this list I got a little depressed.

Your dog appears to have excellent trigger control.

He won't have to worry about "Garand thumb" now will he? Lol

Fred (the machine gun guy in AZ) has most of the (common) guns used in WWII and that includes the machine guns and such. Howitzers he's lacking in but he does go to the range with a gentleman who tows his 75mm howitzer behind his deuce and a half.
