What are you asking for rent?

I rent a room and it is small and far from work. The only advantage to the current place is the Spring Mountain Ski Slope is in walking distance and I have just discovered the sport. And it has some storage room. I work in Horsham which is 22+ miles from home. Ideally I was looking in the Hatfield area. I am currantly paying $400 per month.
