NEED HELP FINDING SOMEONES NAME

i have an address but i need to find out their names, long story short. i did a job at someones house a few months ago and never got paid from the contractor. now i have to file in court the contractor and the home owner, but i dont know the home owners last name. any help would be great. thanks, bogey.

If you can get into the county courthouse you can probably get the information from the recorder of deeds office or they could point you in the right direction.

i tried the people finder from google, didnt work. now if i had a name i could find an address but this is the opposite(i see those programs all over the net) as for the court house, the lady gave me a smirk look when i told her i didnt know the home owners name, and she didnt give me any advice on how to get it. i'll keep trying thanks for the help guys.

In the future go to the tax assessor's office. If for some reason you are concerned about asking for the name of an address holder just give the address and ask for a 500 foot search. Usually free or $10, will give you all info about everybody within 500 feet of the address.

The tax man has everything on everyone, to be sure. We need to contact people by geography in my line of work and that's usually the first place we go.

If your county is online like Northampton you can do a property search my address or if you have a phone number you can do a reverse phone search.
