    Default Buying a Glock?

I'm debating on buying a Glock at the Armory gun show tomorrow. I'd like to stick with a .45 and would like some input on which model to buy the 21 or 30. Any pros/cons to either of these models?

I have the Glock 30 and use it for my daily carry gun. It's compact, holds 10 rounds and isn't too snappy for a small sized gun. If you're just looking for a range gun, then the 21 might be a better choice. It really depends on what you intend to use it for.

It will be a carry gun in rotation with my XD-45 Compact.

I owned both, and stuck with the G21 full size.

The G30 didnt conceal much better and held fewer rounds. I also favor the G19 over the G26 so take it for what its worth.

The G21 is very similar in size to a 1911 Government model....not a huge honkin gun that many make it out to be. When loaded with 14 rounds, it's still lighter than the 1911.

I was leaning towards the 21 because it's not much bigger than my XD-45 Compact and I carry that concealed, I think you made up my mind. Thanks.

You csn put full size mags in the glock 30 . there is a company that makes a grip extention that fits over the full size mag. this way you have a compact thtat turns into a full size.

I got a great deal on a brand new G21 $500 (marked $549) out the door from Paul at Haycock Hollow Arms at the Armory show. Not to mention the pretty little blonde at his table made my purchase a great experience. Off to the range I go.

Spent a few hours at the range today after my purchase. I must say, I think I've come to the Glock side. This is by far the best .45 I've fired to date, not a whole lot of recoil and pretty accurate to boot. I'm very happy with the G21.

I have a G30 and love it, carry it everyday. Bought the wife a G19 today, she's a very happy camper!
