Possible sale in future?

I just heard a rumor that Phil is thinking of selling Weaver's and had placed a listing with a local realtor, who is currently researching the value of the property.

My question is, If he's sellling the property, does this mean that he will be having a big sale to sell off his remaining inventory before Hillary gets into office? Or, will he be selling the store w/ inventory? Hmmm.....

He might be an ill-tempered pin-head, but that won't stop me from buying if the deal is good enough to outweigh the abuse.

I was in there last year and he was grousing about going to sell out.......took him 20 minutes to tell me he didn't have what I was looking for. Drove 5 minutes away and 20 minutes later walked out of the store with EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some.

A new wrinkle on the story.

An anonymous source wrote me this:

Amazing huh? He is triing to say that he has $485,000.00 in inventory.

He paid $150,000.00 for everything 4 years ago and had better and more
inventory. Not to mention he had to get additional PRIVATE financing
because the bank appraised it at less than the $150,000.00 Herb Weaver
wanted for it."
