QOD..How many cops need be killed before Fat Eddie acts responsibly??

I saw a similar article in the PG here this AM. Personally and this is only my opinion. I think he should expedite the execution of those on death row. Why have the punishment if you aren't going to follow through with it. If more people were executed for the crime of murder then maybe the criminal may think twice about commiting the crime knowing that his days are truely numbered once he is convicted....
Again, just my opinion.

I was shocked to learn that 1,000 prisoners out of a populatin of 47,000 were paroled EACH MONTH (http://www.pressdisplay.com/pressdisplay/viewer.aspx). That means that a full quarter of the prison population is granted early release each year.
With a recividism rate of 67% what's so hard for the do-gooders and criminal coddlers to relalize the underlying cause of an elevated crime rate?
