Definition of 'Day' for Reference Library
Since this issue continually arises especially with regards to 18 Pa. C.S.A. 6109(g), suggest you add the statutory definition of 'day' to the reference library:
1 Pa.C.S.A. § 1991
The following words and phrases, when used in any statute finally enacted on or after September 1, 1937, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, shall have the meanings given to them in this section:
"Day." The time from midnight to the next midnight.

I think most of us here look at it that way, it's the Sheriff's in some counties that don't.
Nice to see it spelled out though.
