Re: SKS
I a big fan of the sks, I have a russian all numbers matching. It's in excellent condition, I would never trade it in for anything(except a real military m1 garand).

Re: SKS
I bought a Norinco SKS from auctionarms.com last week, waiting for it to arrive.
I plan to take to range this week when it gets here and I'll have some of my pics to post along with range report. Looks cool as shit to me, makes me want the paratrooper version, with wood furniture of course.

Re: SKS
I have a norinco sporter with the barely legal 16 1/2 in barrel. All of the numbers match, and it only has maybe 300 rounds through it total. When my grandfather passed away I inherited it, and the first time I cleaned it there was a rediculous amount of cosmoline on it. Its very accurate with the open sights. Recently I took a pig down with it after it got loose from a friends farm (pig roast!!!).
The only thing I do not like about this rifle is the stock, it is just too short and the pistol grip is too straight to be comfortable.
Im going to buy a TAPCO stock and a few of their polymags soon... A few guys I know hhave that combination on their yugos and it really makes a diferrence.

Re: SKS
They are built like a tank in general.
The M59/66 can be quirky due to the type of gas system that was installed.
Other then that the Albanian models don't show the workmanship found on the other models however are very collectable.
Yup .. have a few SKS and like them all. Please feel free to visit a forum that I moderate:
