    The photog went to the cops to file a complaint, they told her she would be cited for trespassing, so she just left.

    I was under the impression it was illegal here in pa to fire "warning shots". Hopefully one of our knowledgeable members will clarify this for me.

    If you can legally shoot in your municipality and you do it in a safe direction I don't see how they could charge you with anything
