03 C&R Form

Has anyone here applied for their 03 C&R permit? I am not sure who the chief law enforcement office is that I should send the duplicate copy too in section 14? Any help would be appriciated. And I though the federal 1040 was hard.

I've had a C&R License for several years, actually I just got my renewed license in the mail last month.

Send the copy to the Chief of Police in Philly. I sent mine to the Chief of Police in WB.

I am searching onlice to see who that is. I can't seem to find it on their website and the office is closed.

I send mine to the local township PD Chief. It is also acceptable to send it to the county DA or Sheriff.

I found that as well but would he be considered the chief? I don't know what the ranking structure is.

Sylvester Johnson is the Police Commissioner (for a little while longer), and the commissioner is the top of the chart so that looks ok for the chief LEO. Don't worry you don't need their approval, you just have to send them the dup. You might want to send it return receipt request in case you ever have to prove you sent it in and it was received.

well i put the form in the mail on tuesday and they have already cashed the check yesterday. would they cash it if i was not going to get it?

Yes, they cash it as soon as they get it.

I used the county sherriff
