Online sellers that don't gouge
If you know who they are, please post them.
Found a great source, Numrich:
https://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufac...691.htm?page=3
Thermold 30 are $10/ea, 20 are $5/ea. New actual Colt USGI mags are $32, but that's typical. Used USGI mags are $14 (a little high). Uzi and AK mags are also reasonable and holding price.
Use code 4560 (valid today, 12/20, only) for $4.95 off your order (Trick to get one if you buy another time: http://forum.pafoa.org/general-2/129...g-numrich.html).
I can't believe the crazy prices everywhere. Ugh...

You do mean Gouge, : "to charge too much or too fully". Will be checking
to see how the prices are at the York Gun Show @ the York Fairgrounds
this weekend. I know some firearms bussiness have very little stock left
in Semi-Auto Rifles.FUNDAMENTALS

Re: Online sellers that don't gouge
supply and demand. This is the meat of capitalism. You can bet your bottom dollar if I had extras I would be selling them for insane amounts. There is no such thing as gouging. If you dont want it dont buy it. However look at gun broker. people are willing to pay the price. I dont blame anyone for marking it up. Who Knows what will happen so they got to make a buck while they can. The might not sell them right no but when push comes to shove and they are the only ones that have the stuff people will buy it from them. I respect places like aim for not doing it, but they dont have anything left in stock.

Re: Online sellers that don't gouge
I don't dispute that they don't have the right to charge whatever they want and that supply and demand isn't the factor. But I don't agree that it's not "price gouging" considering sellers "price goods or commodities much higher than is considered reasonable or fair" (definition of gouging). There isn't anything reasonable or fair about a $50 PMAG.

Re: Online sellers that don't gouge
Just look at some of the FS threads. It bothers me when vendors do it, but it really bothers me when gun owners are doing it to fellow gun owners.
Many vendors are just overwhelmed with orders...some have shut down their site to catch up with recent orders.
ETA I got a negative from the dude I left a negative for his price gouging...pretty immature, but oh well. I could care less about my "rep"Last edited by aubie515; December 20th, 2012 at 06:28 PM.

Re: Online sellers that don't gouge
What dictates a fair price? Right now you can't say for sure anything is going to be available in the future. I woUld say at this point. Fair is what ever someone is willing to pay. Would I pay 2500 for an entry level ar heck no or 60 for a mag doubt it. Do I consider this unfair. Absolutely not given the climate right now. So by defintion gouging is in reality a perception of the individual.

Re: Online sellers that don't gouge
My thing is look at gun broker what if someone buts 5 pmags up for bid wit no reserve and starting bid of $50 bucks, then the auction goes up to 400 to me that's not gouging 50 is a more then fair price, its the fellow buyers with the I gotta have it now mentality driving up the price.
IANAL

Re: Online sellers that don't gouge
Anyone who bitches about gouging is not a true believer in capitalism. Gouging weeds out those that don't really need the item from those that cannot do without the item.
