Biden doesn't come to Philthy without mentioning it.

Same ordinance stipulates that you also have to mention union labor in all media releases, and all unions mentioned receive a gratuity for the mention.

They are saying it is set to open back up this weekend.

PHILADELPHIA -- Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said the portion of Interstate 95 that collapsed in Philadelphia last week, snarling traffic in the region and creating headaches for commuters and truckers alike, will be open again this weekend.

Shapiro made that announcement during a news conference on Tuesday, saying the timeline was thanks to the hard work of the crews on site.

Typical skilled politician. Promise it gets done in two weeks, but get it done in one (using union labor).

How many days until something goes wrong with the temp fix because they rushed it? If nothing goes wrong this should be a semi blue print to fix all bridges by 2030 in the US. No need for endless construction projects

Only time will tell. Blueprint, schmooprint. If it's a blueprint you want, the 400 mile AK pipeline was built in two years. 1/2 of it is buried under permafrost, the longest bridge is 1/2 mile long across the Yukon River and part of the winter, it was too cold to weld. At the foot of it, in Valdez, is a tank farm that lays empty with the capabilities of holding every drop of oil in the pipeline should the need arise. But PennDOT can't build a short span in less than five years.
