While that is Unconsitutional, they can't do a damn thing if you are at the polls to vote and are OC. Proceed with your freedom.

Erie must have tons of tax money to waste away. How do you force "groups of two or more people" to disperse while on a public sidewalk, a public park, etc? Threat of arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing?

Qualified Immunity for the Board of Elections goes right out the window when asking a Sheriff to enforce some toilet-paper resolution.
