You also forgot that their application says you need to include the PA DL/ID number of the references.

Re: i have a question about the ltcf
Love how Philthy makes their own rules...
When I was at the Sheriff's to get my LTCF, I had forgotten my references address, lady picked up a phone book opened a page and said pick 2 names...
I decided since both ladies who where my references worked with me, i would call work and ask for them...
Obviously they never called the references. But had they wanted to, I had more then 2 people ready to speak up for me.Skeet is a sport where you are better to hit half of each bird then completely blast one and miss the other completely.

Re: i have a question about the ltcf
The only actual requirement, as stated on the LTCF application, is that the references not be "family members".
However, apparently Philly makes their own rule about this (from their website):
You must have the Reference Questionnaires (2) filled-out by References and returned with your application. References should be Philadelphia residents and not family members.
References must include NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBERS and PA DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER at the top of form. Failure to do so will result in processing delays and application denial.

LOL Polishsky is not her name, I meant to say she has a Polish name, its one of those long drawn out 12 letter names ending in ski
No they never called my references
Wonder if having to undergo fingerprinting for work and my A# helps but I heard Beaver never or rarely checks.
