Default help, I need pics of PA mountain habitat

I am doing a 3 coyote taxidermy piece, 1 is a PA coyote, the other 2 from NY, but I want to make a proper rock base habitat that looks authentic to "mountain eastern coyotes".

If you have a pile of neat looking naturally occuring rocks with mosses, lichens, etc, I'd love to see pics. Plus if you have any just plain unique or cool natural features you have come across.

BTW in case anyone is interested, 1 coyote is a black one, 1 is a red/blond, and the other a "normal" grey and tawny with the black line down the front legs, and all 3 are males in about the 45 pound range. When it is all done I will of course post pics. Anyone close enough to my location would also be welcome to see it in person, as it will be a showroom masterpeice. Also on the "menu" is a white arctic wolf I will be mounting.

I can use whatever. Mainly- what kind of rocks are these? That layered striated stuff, we have some formations like that here. I can get a rock making mix in granite, sandstone or slate. The granite mix has bits of mica in it. It can be worked and stained to look like similar textured rocks types other than granite.

I think there is shale in the PA mountains- am I right?

Most of the ones I have usually have a jeep in it, but here are a few that got. Most are in the bottom of the valley with steep mountain on either side.

This one probably wont help, but its my favorite.... Yeah thats me and mine....

Slate, Sandstone, Shale. All depends on where you're at.

I can take a pic of the general setup. I've got the forms and have made the skeleton of the base with one coyote up high, 1 with its front legs up on a "rock", and the 3rd will just be sitting down at the bottom.

This project is really dear to me, so I want "perfection".

LOL and I have been working on the PA coyote skin. The NY ones are bigger and have good prime fur. The PA dog has "springy" fur and is not as big ( I weighed it in at 40 pounds as a damaged roadkill- those NY yotes must have weighed 50 pounds!)

Something tells me those aren't quite the type of pennsylvania "mountains" you had in mind, though.

Here are a few more that might be a bit more helpful (note these were returned by google images search - I don't know the people in any of them, nor do I vouch for their authenticity):
