XD 9MM Sub Comact?

Think I am going to buy a XD 9SC. The only thing I haven't found is if they have a magazine disconnect. I know the M&P 9C fires with the mag out. Does anyone out there know whether the XD does? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

There's no mag safety.

From what I have heard this was a problem on the early models but not the later ones. I have the same problem with my (early) XD 9 Sub-Compact, it was the first firearm I ever purchased.

My XD9 is also a real early model (paid $395 out the door new) and I have had no probs yet with the finish.

You will like it I'm sure, no one I know that has fired one had anything negative to say about them.
